Last week’s trip to Whitby turned out to be extremely foggy but made for a very atmospheric visit to Whitby Abbey. The sun came out later and the empty beach became full of activity again, but the foggy conditions were way more fun to photograph.

I just got back from a little jaunt to Washington Wetland Centre. It was a family day out rather than a ‘serious’ photography trip so my priority was spending a bit of time with the kids but there were still plenty of chances for some quick photos here and there…
